Therefore, we inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR” or “Regulation”) and the Privacy Code (“Codice Privacy”), as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (together, the “Legislation”), that the processing of your personal data is carried out in ways that ensure security and confidentiality, using paper, electronic, and telematic tools, as detailed in this notice.

Your personal data may be transmitted to third parties we rely on. These subjects have been selected for their ability to ensure compliance with data protection rules and, where they process data on behalf of Park Junior Hotel S.R.L., they have been appointed as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
